To clarify some questions:
1. The original #Substratum Whitepaper allows us to have the funds separated in 4 ways up to 25% each (BTC, ETH, USD, USDT)
2. In addition to our fiat we are choosing wise places to move to USDT, we have not done this yet but may in the future
